Returns & Refunds policy
We want you to love your new bikini! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy below for more details:
1. Returns
Timeframe: You can return your bikini within 5 business days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition with all tags still attached. For hygienic reasons, swimwear cannot be returned if it has been worn.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to process.
Why We Only Accept Returns Within 5 Business Days?
We want to ensure that every customer gets the best experience when shopping for swimwear. We understand that choosing the right bikini is a personal decision, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
However, because swimwear is a delicate item and hygiene is a priority, we only accept returns within 5 business days after you receive your order.
This short return window helps us maintain the highest standards of quality and cleanliness for all our products, while also enabling us to keep our inventory fresh and current. We carefully inspect every returned item to make sure it’s unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition, so that we can offer it to other customers with confidence. We know it’s a quick turnaround, but we’ve found that it allows enough time for most customers to try on their bikini, decide if it’s the right fit, and return it if necessary. 2. Exchanges
Sizing Issues? We understand finding the perfect fit can be tricky! If you need to exchange your bikini for a different size or color, just contact us. We’ll guide you through the process and ensure you get the perfect fit.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
Swimwear that has been worn, washed, or removed from its original packaging is not eligible for return.
Sale or promotional items (unless defective).
4. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer service at contact@brazilbikini.us or use our contact form.
Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization with detailed instructions on how to send your bikini back.
Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect bikini, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering an exchange, replacement, or full refund.
6. Gift Returns
If you received a bikini as a gift, you can exchange it for store credit within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
